Thanks for posting! Looks like a great way to bust some stash pieces.

Somo: I finished Clue #1, which I think is the most labor intensive. Still not together enough to be picture worthy. Maybe today I will make some headway on putting it together.

Emma S. What size are you making? I notice that Cindy mentioned that the full/queen size will need 3 more 4-patch blocks. If so, I will have to piece my meager pile of dark scraps in order to make them. I have not started the pre-sewing yet. I did download Clue 6.

I just sent an Email to Cindy Carter asking for clarification regarding the need for the extra 4-patch blocks.

Caroline: I have been blissfully ignorant of any corrections. I did come up with one 4 patch short and one 9 patch over but just assumed that I miscounted. Luckily there is some fabric left over so there won't be a problem if more are needed. Let me know what you find out. Oh by the way, the size is a full/Queen. How are you doing on the piecing?

    Default My Mystery

The prints didn't show well on this picture. Variety of darkish green leaves and a mottled light green for the light.
Now that I see the top, I think I'd like to do a 'controlled' scrappy. Hopefully I've loaded the picture right.....

Cat: Love how that is coming out. What size is it going to be? I just assume that the colors aren't true whenever I post a photo. The only time mine come out even close is if the picture is taken in natural light. This is only my second two colored quilt but I really love the boldness.

Thanks Emma, This is the smallest size, which is a decent size to throw over the back of my loveseat. I'm thinking of a narrow light border followed by a wider dark border. I'm not even sure if it needs a border! I'm hoping Cindi will have a variety of tops to show on her site.
I like the fabrics that everyone else has shown here. Should be some nice looking tops done!! I am interested in seeing this done in the larger size. I just stick to the smallest on the mystery quilts.
