Saturdays are better for me. Most of the time I can make a Saturday work. As far as location, maybe plan for near one of the several LQSs in town, especially for those coming from outside the Columbus area. Having lunch on the NW side would put it close to Quilt Beginnings (on Sawmill Road), Quilt Trends (on Huntley Rd. near 161 and 71), and Red Rooster (near 161 and 270 on the West side).

There is a Mellow Mushroom pretty close to there, just West of Sawmill on 161. http://mellowmushroom.com/corpmenu It's pizza, calzones, hoggies, etc. They do have a gluten free menu as well. If I remember correctly, they have a separate room off to the side that might be good for a group.
