    Never does my local GW have any fabric. They occasional have yarn but even then not that much.

    What a great find. I once got a call from a friend. She was calling from a thrift and someone had donated some quilters stash. I bought as much as would fit in a grocery cart, and was happy to pay $40. I even got whole bolts of batik fabric, I used every bit of it. Everything I made had batik on the back for a couple of years!

    Wow - wonderful find! It is the thrill of the hunt too!!! I would go back to that same store in the next day or two - it is possible that they had more but did not have it all out on the floor yet.
