You made a hot pad on a cold day. Beautiful fabrics.

I am 20 miles north of Hobbs and we received at least 14 inches. I'm in the country and we own a backhoe. We had to get it out and dig through the drift by the fence. It took us about four hours just to move enough snow to get a vehicle out just in case of emergencies. Have heard that all grocery stores are running out of staples. Thank goodness for a huge grocery shopping trip prior to Christmas!

Beautiful hot pad!
We've got 8-10 foot drifts here in the Texas panhandle area where I'm at. We had 3 days of sustained winds of 45-50 mph winds with gusts of 75+ mph. The winds blowing the snow making the blizzard with whiteout conditions.
Luckily no one near here was hurt.
Sad to say, I'm ready for Summer and Winter has barely started..lol

Oh my! That is lovely right down to the tiny star in the center. You are talented with choosing pretty fabric combinations.
That reminds me that I won a potholder exactly like this pattern at a quilt show. Would you make another one or was it difficult to make? Thanks for sharing your photo. Stay warm!
