So adorable & I love the fabrics. My favorite stuffed animal is a bear. I used to make them a lot with movable joints. They were so cute. I think it was a simplicity pattern. There are lots of free patterns out there too but I made mine before internet in the 80's. At least before I had internet

Perfect baby quilt. I know it will be loved and used a lot. How about a patchwork bear. Lots of patterns available.

Such a cute baby quilt. Love your fabric choices. Maybe a stuffed bear would be nice to make.

Thanks tesspug! I put it into my favorites to make for the next one I need. So cute!
Thanks to every one else too for the links and heads up on patterns. I ended up making a lavender baby lion with embroidered features from a 1943 pattern I had on hand. I can not resist buying those old patterns! I put a noisemaker inside and it turned out cute. I have a little giraffe cut out the finish too from the same pattern set. Purple and lime green tiny vintage flowers on light cream to mimic the spots. I am pretty sure I have a squeaker I can put in that one. I will work on it this weekend to finish it up. I found a baby bib I hand embroidered and will finish that too. Then when the layette gets here it will be ready to gift.

I love the quilt. I have to say I'm partial to elephants, but bears work too.

Such a precious little quilt! I love the colors and soft, clean look of the design.
