Have you noticed a quality difference between older and newer fabricx?

All my fabrics are LQS and some are from 1996 and older and they are all different depending on the designers. ...but all in all a good hand. I find that Kaffe F is a bit thinner fabric but still a good quality, I guess it depends on the thread count. The only fabric I will purchase if by some crazy head blurp lol ...would be a piece of Kaffe. I have more that enough fabric and I am so glad that I washed my fabrics before storing.
