    Fabulous quilt! Did you embroider after you did the coloring? If yes, did you have an problems with the crayons smearing at all or is that set after coloring and before embroidering? Beautiful piece!

    Thank you. I colored all the snowmen with white crayon first, then used the other colors over the white. Next you put a paper towel over the coloring and press with hot, dry iron to set the colors. The white base gives a smoother look. I embroidered them after. I use a fusible, light interfacing to the back so I don't have to use a hoop. There are a lot of good videos of "how to" on youtube. It's a lot of fun!

    Your snowmen look amazing...great job coloring them. I like your quilting designs,too. Our guild colored Sunbonnet Sue blocks one year for our gift to our outgoing president. Thanks for sharing your Frosty Babies quilt.
