My DH will ask if I want anything from the grocery store and when I tell him, he says write it down. Ok, I do and he still can't get it right!!
Also the dirty dishes on the counter. I'll stop here because I have a lot to gripe about!

1/4 inch of anything (milk, Mayo, Mustard, Ketchup, cereal or whatever) left and there is a new one opened.
Empty boxes in the cupboard.
No TP on the roll......

Both my son and hubby always do that.

Thanks to all of you for the wonderful laugh I got out of this message!! My DH is gone and I would trade all his faults to have him back!! Enjoy your men, in spite of their faults!! lol He, too had many of the same traits your men have.

Even though my husband never puts the lid on things...I am keeping him. He never yells, never gets mad..has gone to extremes to take care of me when I was diagnosed with cancer..and he never cusses. Just gotta laugh at the crazy things we don't like..and count all the wonderful things they bring to our lives. I love him..

Sometimes we love people "in spite of" their quirks - and God knows I have more than my share -
DH is - generally - relatively tolerant of most of mine.
But some of the things he does - and doesn't do - STILL annoy me!

Mine would go to the bathroom take off his clothes take his shower put on clean clothes, then, pickup his dirty clothes, pass the dirty clothes hamper and them deposit his dirty clothes on the floor on MY side of bed! Now that he is gone I miss that aggravation.
Not enough to try to find a replacement though!!!

When I ask DH - "are you hungry now?"
he looks at his watch first before answering.
Okay, I admit to not liking to cook - but I can make food taste pretty good - guess he's just trying to guess when he might get the next meal.
