Dbasketlady, I did that bargello in a class taught by one of the ladies at my quilt guild, she was marvelous, and very patient with all of us. The pattern isn't really hard, its done in strata, and a qayg, it took some percission, some of those strips are 3/4" wide. But, my youngest fell in love with it, so I enlarged it to fit his bed.

You've done quite a lot, but I really love "hearts promise" and the "rooster."
I like that you try different approaches. There are so many quilts in my head. Like you, I try different patterns.

Your work is original and well done! I just loved your nieces quilt - all hot color on the front , all soft and sweet on the back!

Yeah, Kimberly's quilt is really neat, I can't believe I pulled that all out of my stash, I don't really care for orange. Orange and black were her school colors, and she didn't want the Tennessee Waltz I had previously made for her other cousins. But, she was really pleased.
