I have been wondering what you used for batting and interfacing> That often is the hardest thing about making a purse..want it firm but not stiff nor too sloppy..yours looks just right and what size are the blocks?

I love it! Did you have a pattern? I am just into making purses. After quilting for 10 years, I wanted to try something a little different. Plan to make a purse for the "girls" in the family for Christmas.

The batting for this bag was warm & natural, no interfacing was used.......Michele

My DD would love this purse. She collects purses and currently has (at age 11) 150+. Mostly I just let her pick them up at garage sales for 25 or 50 cents but this one is so cute!!!

I believe the name of this bag is "Perfect Patches", I have made it and the pattern was in an Australian Patchwork & stitching magazine quite some time ago.
