I have one about 20 minutes away. I use the coupons for batting, batting and more batting!

one is 30miles (small store)
and on is about 50 but a larger store.
last time I was there they had decreased the quilting fabric by several hundred bolts.
I asked the clerk cutting my fabric and she said she had noticed that the amt of fabric was dwindling also. They had even removed a row of three bolt shelves!

My JoAnns downsized from a Superstore to a regular store a few months ago. Less fabric, less of everything. I'm not impressed, so I'm back to shopping for that level of fabric at Hancocks, which is about 10 miles from home but only 2 from work. My WalMart recently stopped carrying fabric too, so I have nowhere to shop for really inexpensive fabrics....which I use to try a block before committing to using quilt shop fabrics!

There is a new one opening in October in Chattanooga, it's about 10 minutes from me. Now I won't have to drive 1 1/2 hour to Knoxville

Nearest to me is an hour and a half away. Did get to stop on the way home from our State Guild meeting this weekend, would you believe they are resetting the store and had all notions at 50% off plus lots of other things at a discount. I was bad!! but oh the notions that followed me home at half price.

Feel real lucky here since I have 3 JAs within a 45 min drive. One is only 10 min and I go there every Sat. Fabric therapy. Since I"m there so often, all the sales people know me and we chat about lots of stuff. I even fold my fab after its cut so help them out. Maybe that's why they like me?
