How about cross-hatch?? I think any traditional quilting pattern would look great with it.

Because it is an old style pattern, I would quilt a circular feather. I would consider 6 shapes of your pattern, 3 on top and 3 below, as a block to quilt this design in. I have found when you have sharp lines in your piecing, soft curves show off your hand quilting best. Your quilt is wonderful.
