Wonderful quilt!
I vote blue for a more finished look. I think the green would pull your eyes to the edge instead of focusing on the quilt. When I can't decide, I lay each color under the quilt with just the "binding" amount peeking out. I put one color on each side and include a corner. That way I can get a good idea of how it will look.

All done . . . Here it is and the label as well. The hot air balloon on the label is edited from a picture of the groom's hot air balloon. He's actually in it.
