I agree with MZstitch. I used to manage a store in Ohio and they should be able to into there computer and find one in a store and transfer it. I am really sorry to hear that you got bad service. I would bend over backwards to get the sale.

yeh, the flannel is the only reason I will be in line at 6am at Joann's. our Q4K group needs backings. I just get a cart, grab a #, and load bolts. two of us work together.
those smaller bolts only hold 8 yds, so we buy mostly full bolts.

what ticks me is they only have one-- are they going to lose money on just that one?? don't think so. I would lo0ve to have one but I don't fall for that big sale item any more since I found out that the morning of the saale the employees can purchase what they want at sale price before store opens. Maybe all of us should go into JA's and ask for the AC and when they say they are all sold we should just leave.

It's not just JoAnns that does that. I worked at walmart and they did that on alot of items for black friday. That's why I don't shop on that day.

I was in my local Joann's a couple of weekends ago, and they had a sale on a sewing machine for $400.00.
I was having material cut, and a lady came in and wanted to see the advertised machine. The lady behind the counter told her where it was.
She came back and asked to have it taken out of the box so she could look at it closer, and see what all it amounted to. The employee told her she couldn't take it out of the box.
The lady asked to see the manager, and the woman told her that she WAS the manager, and that was her instructions.
The prospective customer got irate, and could not believe that she had to buy it first, to even see it out of the box. She had driven down from OK to buy this, but when she couldn't see any more than the box, she opted to forego any further dealings with Joann's.
I haven't had any bad dealings with this store, but certainly saw where that issue would have killed a possible sale.
