I am all caught up with my BOM blocks....This block brought back childhood memories of visiting my Popie...going with him to the barn when he milked the cows...though I do not have any cows for my block I do have a few hand tools he used...
Logan my red basset is taking a closer look lol

Now there's a Barn to behold!! Your fabric represents the stone look so well. I Love it!! :D I think I need to remake all of my blocks & start thinking out of the box myself!! Your weather vane just sets off your barn. Did you applique' it on the roof? What wonderful idea's everyone is coming up with. Nice work everyone.
:D :D :D :D

I think Logan loves your Barn block too!! I really like the hand tools that you have added to your barn. They just make your barn look so real!!

Well as you can see with my block it wasn't "animals" except for the barn cats keeping an eye on those "quilters"
I'll come to your barn anytime- need help with the stash cleaning :?: :?: :?:

I haven't done so much paper piecing. I haven't really cared for it but I was looking forward to this year's BOM. While I was working on this I thought of a little ditty. Not too original and you can probably guess the tune:

I do not like it Sam I am
I do not like paper piecing
I do not like it here or there
I do not like it anywhere!!

LOL! This wasn't too bad. I still need to figure out what I am doing wrong with the peeks. Thanks Hobbykat for choosing this.
Your barn looks good to me- especially the doors. I have tried this one yet - too many other projects going ;-) ;-) ;-)

Your animals are precious. I wonder if there are any bugs left for the chickens :?: :?: :?:
