MJ, I have the PERFECT hiding spot . . . just over here at my house! I promise to keep it safe along with my matching piece that I'll be hiding too. Shhhh . . . don't tell!
Oh ladies, I am sure I have the perfect spot over here at my house! Just send your two pieces along to match mine and I promise to keep them all safe! lol
(Norbana, I also got the large floral and I love it!)

I received F8's today from:
craftymainemom
Nancy in Louisiana
NorBanaquilts
salmonsweet

I love them all! I see so many fabrics I would never think to buy, but when you send them I want to keep them!

I will be mailing several blocks tomorrow.

Have a great weekend everyone :)

I got 2 squishies today, from sugarpumpkin and nancy in Louisiana. It's so exciting to go to the mailbox these days. I end up skipping back to the front door, singing, "I got a squishie! I got a squishie!" It's a good thing school is still in session ... those teenagers can be so viscious. I mean, honestly, have you ever seen a fat woman skip??? Repeatedly??? It's NOT pretty, no, no, no.

Funny? Yes, yes, yes. But pretty? No, no, no.

Have a nice weekend, gals!

STAR, I think your Post Office and mine are one and the same. Did you see my post in the Boomerang 1.0 thread about what they did to one of MY envies??? Hideous! It wouldn't surprise me if it's the same machine over there that keeps grabbing our envelopes and shredding them!

You've got my sympathy, dear. Glad it arrived safely DESPITE the P.O.

I believe it Odessa! maybe they just want to see the material too!!!! I bet they are just jealous.

I was very surprised to see that it was well cared for even after it was shredded.

and you can skip all you want!! just think of how some of these teens look just walking,LOL

I just make my kids run to get the mail and they can't talk to me until I am done opening and looking at all my GOOD mail! sometimes when I send them out I say "don't come back unless I got a package" LOL they still come back

My DH knows squishie package = great mood! He always volunteers to go get the mail. Sometimes I just can't wait and drive to the mailbox myself. (still not allowed to walk that far)

All of my envies were 44 cents except UK, it was 99 cents. My post office is the best!

They love to see my quilts when I finish them. And every time I mail something in a box they ask if it is a quilt!

I know what you mean. We drove 2 hours to Big Rapids this afternoon with DD for voice solo (State level) this afternoon. There were some RAGGEDY-lookin' kids there ... and you could tell they came from families who had some $$ 'cuz their clothese appeared to be pretty clean. Gotta love the guys whose waistband hangs underneath their buttcheeks!

I'd like the opportunity to tell mine not to come back, but like yours, she always does. Why didn't anyone tell me about THIS part of parenting???

LOL ... I was asked "Don't you think you have enough fabric? Do you really need to get it in the mail too?" Well, duh ... First, no such thing as enough fabric. Second, yes, I need to get more in the mail, it's fun mail :D
