oh wow - what great finds! Love the fabrics. I might have to make a stop by Wally World.

Walmart kind of hurt themselves when they got rid of the fabric section, so I stopped shopping there all together except for prescriptions, so I might go take a look see. We have 2 big Wallmarts close to my area, so I might have to go back and chek it out.
What I mean by hurting themselves is that they are catering to the younger crowd with more crafts and it didn't work out for them. I tried to tell them, but live and learn!

I was at a Wal-Mart recently and also found fabric but was disappointed in the quailty of it. It was all nicely pegged and bundled up so it was very hard to 'feel' the material's weight or do the 'hold it to the light' test. I might buy some later on but passed on it this time. What they have done is taken away at least 3 jobs in the fabric department by pegging all this material.

I wish they would bring the fabric Dept. back to our Noblesville, IN store. If anybody feels the same as I do, call 1-800-walmart and tell them you want the fabric Dept. back. I was told that is the only way we can get it back. I have called every day since I was told this. GOOD LUCK TO US!!!!!!!!!! : :x
