    I didn't know anything about them until I was expecting my grandson, and started looking at baby things again.

    I've made these for many years and mother's have remarked they are great to have during bath time. You can make four from one washcloth and any kind of scrap pieces of flannel and terry cloth you have in your stash.

    As for cost, there isn't any unless you want to count thread to sew together two small half circles. I always keep a packet of 3/$1 inexpensive washcloths on hand, washed so can make them in 15 minutes.
