well, that is odd...is it YOUR pattern or a store bought?
Do you live in the same town as the person asking about the pattern?
Are you planning to sell on QB?

Not sure I understand why you would not want to share the name of a pattern

I would buy both sizes too. I have a table with 3 leaves and when they are all in I would need the longer one. But the shorter ones for when they aren't.

I would buy 40, wish I could go to your show!! Don't let anyone tell you your prices are to high!! I sell things I make at our big craft fair here, I have tendency to price my things low, one of my girlfriends repriced them quite a bit higher and they still sold like hot cakes. I think more and more people are appreciating the talent and cost of the things that people make. Good luck, my wish for you is that you well everything you have and take orders for many many more!! By the way I would love the 40" because even though it might be long for a small table, they look great even hanging over the edge.

i would make the long ones only and placemats. price the long ones a little higher than you said and price the mats as a set of four for a little more. offer additional sets of two for slightly more than half price of four.

edit: you could take orders for shorter ones if you like for more than half the cost of half the length. have a nice sign for that, but don't show them.

edit edit: i think the mats will surprise you.

I'd buy the 20 because it is artfully balanced. 14 x 40 is one long skinny runner.

I would need to see a picture, looking at the longer one, my table is oval, so how are the ends done, ? Square, round, tassel, have seen so many different ones..
