My question is this, would a buy say a "yellow brick road" or "Turning Twenty" quilt if it were cut out already? What other patterns would work?

Would you wash the fabric first?

How much is that work worth in a kit?

Jacquie, Flynnquilting.com offers laser cut quilt patterns for a reasonable price and they will also cut custom quilt tops. They may be able to help you out and answer all your questions.
I have never contemplated cutting out an entire quilt and then selling, unless it was one of my own UFO's.

I found a lady who will cut your fabric for you, or you can buy kits that she has ready made. I have done business with her, and was impressed by the level of customer service, and quality of her fabrics.
