    how phenominal! i live in the woods as well and the sliding glass door i look out looks down to our pond. and we DO want to put on a back deck someday. i had to show your pics to my DH and only hope someday i will get out of my little room! you have a beautiful space, one that is very peaceful and inviting, and i am so glad for you!! :))

    I love your sewing room and the view is beautiful.

    My husband wanted me to ask you how far it is between Bend and Burns. When he was about 10 years old they were broke down between the two towns. His family used to go to West Stanton in the summer to pick strawberries and beans.

    I haven't been to Burns in years. My husband says it is about 2 hours, so in normal length about 125 miles.
