She said: Entire Sewing Room for Sale She's selling everything but the sewing machines. i think the price is high for the size of the stash that i see in the pics but maybe there's more that isn't pictured. its out of my budget but maybe some one here would be interested - if for nothing else you can kind of figure out what your sewing room is worth

You have to click on the link to see what she was talking about. Hope this helps, Sierra

She needs to throw in a sewing machine. I know we value our stuff but 7500.00? It doesn't look like a while lot. How old is the fabric?

I wanted to see what she was selling, but not picture came up. So won't have to worry about being sucked into buying hoping there is more than what is shown.

Ok, I finally got the ad to come up. There must be a lot of stuff not showing. Glad I live on the other coast so I don't even have to inquire further in hopes there is more.

And even more confounding the question of the cost, is that 2 of the pics are the same...and all pics are of the same rack from different views. But you are right...there is always the temptation. lol

i sent the link to the quilting guild in that area because she said she'd donate - maybe the local guild can get some of the stuff for their charity quilts.

I am sorry, but I did a ROUGH estimate and her price is LOW...she is practically giving it away...especially if there is REAL vintage blocks, patterns, ric/rac, etc.

Shoot, even on here you all pay $5/$6 per yard...and up to $8 for a single pattern...if you really look and do the math..it sounds HIGH..but what is YOUR stash valued at???

Mine is nearly $80K! WITHOUT machines!

I know she thinks it is fair price for her. But the rest of us are on a budget, and probably won't spend that in a life time.
I wish you all the luck in the world.
