    A featherweight group I just joined did this at our meeting this week using batik fabric. It will be interesting to see the results. They bought 1 yard and tore it 6 times to end up with the 5 inch square....

    We were a group of 8 and decided more is better! It did get confusing but we worked it out with 2 yards each.

    What a great challenge. All three quilts here are wonderful and unique. The different directions everyone takes to get the best use of the fabric is interesting and all work very well. You are going to have fun quilting them.
