sewing machine extension thing

I have a particle board 7' table that my husband cut out a piece the exact size for my sewing machine to fit into at one end (he put a metal brace on the bottom). Now i don't lift my arms high in the air to sew- it's awesome. The rest of the table to the left and back is my extention
