I love the one that says "Will you go to the prom with me?" Great quilt!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. To her it is beautiful. Anyone who does a T=Shirt quilt (IMHO) does a beautiful job. Thanks for sharing.

I did a t shirt quilt for my nephew with all of his drama t shirts and it was tough to do. He had lots of different size artwork which made it difficult to assemble. I used a lot of sashing to even out the vertical rows. Yours has a lot of artwork!!! You did a great job in managing it all!!!

It's funny she when she saw it first thing she said "yay I can build a fort" then she wrapped up in it. Yes I swear she is a 24 year old woman not a 12 year old boy she just loves to have fun.

Irishgalfromnj, thank you for the link that looks doable and something I'll try maybe with the leftovers from the next one.

Nanjun, I used some fleece I have had hiding in my stash for years, that the extra high loft batting and the stabilizer makes for a pretty dang heavy quilt.

Balloonatic, and others who asked about her prom shirt. That one was given to her after Stephen, one of her best friends wore it to ask her to prom. It made it in because they are still pretty much best friends, he is thrilled to be front and center. I figured the PLNU Grandma would have been the one that was questioned.

Mollydooker2. Mine was a lot of trial and error and trimming down as I went. When I ironed the stabilizer on I pretty much covered the whole shirt trying to give myself plenty of space to be able to trim as needed. Made for a lot of wasted stabilizer but it was worth it. Also if you notice the center is several groupings sewn together no seam matching required then the 2 outsides are rows are the same width t's the middle ones in the rows were too narrow that's why the printed border to enlarge them! then anchored with a T top and bottom then sewn to the sides again no seam matching that s what saved my sanity.

Thank you all for the encouragement and kind words I truly appreciate it.

It is wonderful and I know she is so happy! You did a great job, I think those done with just the shirts are much harder than when they are pieced in with fabric.
