You did a great job. It is very pretty and coordinated. I really like it but, would never attempt to make one.

Last year I made a quilt with 2-1/2" squares. It was my first and last one.

I like it! You get to see your taste and how its changed over the years. It's like a fabric journey. Nice work!

You are too hard on yourself for a description. I would do crumb blocks in my sleep and enjoy every one. I like the colors and shapes and the fact that it's mindless sewing. Mine also trim up to the size you have, I have a huge box of finished and trimmed blocks- almost time to use them up again. Original and one of a kinds for sure. Your quilt is very pretty.

Nice job with that! I am finding it easier to part with small pieces now. They just add to the clutter. I buy thrift store pillowcases and stuff them with scraps for doggie beds for the shelter. Guess I'm not as intent on being thrifty as I used to be.

I usually don't save anything less than a fat 1/8th. Over the years all my smaller scraps are shoved into doggie beds for the 3 monsters who live outside. We put the cushions stuffed with scraps on the sidewalk out the front door so the dogs don't have to lay on freezing concrete during the winter months.

I have several in a stash just in case one gets torn up by a bored dog (Sandy).

Well I can imagine you probably went "cross eyed" at times working on this but it is beautiful. Great job.

Ha! Whenever I see crumb quilts or really large postage stamp quilts I think to myself "Nope!". : ) My patience and small pieces - not a great combo.

I also sometimes think "Don't they have medication for that?" because when I showed one with over 10k pieces to my spouse he said if I tried that he'd commit me. Maybe if I decide I need a nice rest I'll pretend to start one and see if he does. : )

It really is a nice keepsake - that took perseverance (and many years of scraps).

Crumbs look good in dog beds... Very Pretty, unique quilt. I admire your patience. That would definitely been a pillow if I had attempted it.

I have a friend who makes these *all* the time! Her crumbs are a bit bigger than some of yours, though.
