It's your quilt and you make the decision. I had to look for the mistake. I made a boo boo Sat. on a quilt but I just punted and moved on. Hubby said don't tell anyone and they will think it is meant to be that way. Then the last border I did I am not pleased with so I might be taking it out--I don't want to but not sure it will lay flat for quilting--that's a hint in my mistake! I am still thinking on this process.

Another question to ask yourself -

If you had commissioned someone to make this quilt for you - and given the person the pattern and everything -

Would it bother you if it were sent back to you the way it is right now?

(It really doesn't matter to me - at a casual glance, it does look okay)

Ugly cook, I posted earlier, what I failed to mention is it took me almost 20 minutes to find the "mistake" if you want to call it that. When you called attention that something was amiss. I had to find it ,I love puzzle and a challenge. I think someone here posted once that," If you were on a horse galloping by would you see it"? In the end its yours to decide , but I would quilt the beauty and enjoy it!!

It may be screaming at you, but I don't even hear a whimper. Sorry - whatever you did seems to fit well with the design. Now that being said: If it drives you nuts, rip it and resew it.

So if I look really carefully, I can see it. Who's gonna unless you tell them to? This is your choice. If it's already quilted - I wouldn't think of taking it out. Doesn't look like it is yet. I might if I wanted to be "perfect" and it was just a couple of seams to redo. Fact is that it is beautiful just the way it is.

leave it. i made a Christmas tree quilt and messed up an hst border, removed it and sewed on correctly. only to find i'd done the top differently than the bottom one. that error stayed!
great quilt.

I can't believe I fixed it. There are other issues, but this is the only one that bugged me. I am usually not a perfectionist. Oh well, it's all better now and I can rest.

Now on to other challenges, like the binding. I have about a 6x3 inch piece of fabric left. LOL It will be a very narrow binding or I will be finding something else.
