WOW...that is awesome! I have been toying with the idea of doing applique. I did one block (one snowman) but then got tied up with christmas things and haven't had a chance to get back to it yet. This makes me want to!

Very pretty! Great job for your first multi-layer! I LOVE applique, but I wouldn't do it if I had to use the zig zag stitch - yours is soooooo nice though!!! I can't get my zig zag to look good at all.
