My goodness, but you have been busy. Lovely, lovely lovely ornaments.. Love your globe village... Do you have the patterns for the ornaments and the village? I have made a snow globe top from a pattern on the internet - but it is not as creative nor as different as yours.. I love snow globes...
Your hand quilting is gorgeous. Great looking tree skirt too
    thanks for sharing.
    ciao ciao
P.S. I have just bought myself a lovely snow globe and it is wrapped and ready to be placed under the tree. Shhh hubby does not know about it.... hehehehe. It is from me to me!!! :O)

You can find a version of the snow globes here:

Several people in my small quilt group have/are making these. Some of us have swapped fabrics to get some nice designs for the snow scenes. They really are cute.

such pretty ornaments....was thinking how nice that would be to do and tie on packages instead of a bow then the person would also have an ornament to hang on thier tree.
Good idea putting them on packages, but this year the people (adults) I gave gifts to got about 12 mixed ornaments as presents!

I used a pattern from Quiltmaker Nov/Dec 2000 for the folded ones and just made the two bells with template plastic and made the bells-the square ones were just from a piece of fabric that I fussy cut and backed with another Xmas fabric-then did a little quilting around the designs. I just picked bits and pieces for embelishments (buttons, beads, ribbons etc). Some I shredded batting and stuffed a little. Just made up as I went. This was the first time I made any and had a blast doing them!

Love all of your projects. Saw the pattern for the snowglobes and marked it for a future project. Yours is beautiful.

Everything is really beautiful. Wonder what the chances of me finding that magazine from 2000! I'll bet your home is beautiful at this time of year!
