I feel like a traitor making this

Just to add a funny but very true story along this same line. My DH is from NY and I'm a native of CA. We got married in San Diego, while he was stationed there in the Navy. One of our wedding presents was tickets to the big game that night (we couldn't afford a honeymoon just then). The game was between the NY Jets and the SD Chargers. We went in our wedding clothes and passed out the flowers from my bouquet to attendees. Our friend who gave us the tickets said that which ever team won the game, then that was the one who was going to be the boss in our marriage.
The funny thing is that the game ended in a tie... and so has our marriage... I guess our friend knew something after all!!!

Thanks for all the wonderful comments. I am happy to say that their relationship survived the game quite nicely. Her dad, also a Bears fan was at the game with them and all 3 had a blast although it was cold. Took them 3 hours to make the 40 mile drive in. My son is thrilled with the quilt and is more excited than me for her to see it.
and yes, the Vikings looked pretty bad but they are still my team and I will be back at the games next year and wearing my jersey proudly. Skol vikings!
