    Low carb pizza:
crust is 1 cup parmesan and 1 egg per person.
mix in a bowl, then spread onto baking sheet as the pizza crust. Bake 7 minutes. I'm doing this from memory as the recipe is not on my computer. 350-400 degrees?
Add sauce and topping and continue to bake. Another 7-10 minutes, I think.
Do Not use foil. It will stick. Ask me how I know!
Now I must pick up some pepperoni and mozzarella to fix my craving!

Last night was Honey Garlic sauce on Red Snapper with a baked yam.

Tonight…wild BC salmon baked and a mushroom/orzo pasta for the side, yum!

I stuffed porkchops with a mixture of onion, garlic, apple and cranberries. I am going to put them in the sous vide for about an hour and then finish them with a quick hard sear. Asparagus sauteed in butter on the side. And at least one adult beverage. It has been a very busy and tiring week end.

Fish tacos from leftover white fish with fresh fruit and homemade coleslaw. I’m defrosting tenderized pork loin slices for tomorrow ( and the next day.). Also pulled out a package of frozen squash.

I haven't cooked anything in two weeks, I went to a quilt retreat, and we have four grand ball players all on different teams, so we are at ballgames every weekday night except Wednesdays. It's been eat what you want when you are hungry around here. Reading about the suppers y'all are having sound wonderful.
