Patti is away this week with her sister. We hadn't talked about her blocks while she was to be gone and last night I received her block picture! Yeah, Patti! Here are our blocks.

Ronda, how crisp and precise! Pretty block!

Patricia Faye, I love the navy floral with the red! How striking!

I will say, again, how lovely our quilts will look all put together. The color choices are so varied and exciting!

Ronda, your block is so pretty. I actually want to run my fingers over the fabric!

Judith & Patti, your blocks are so very bright & fun colors.

Carriem, love the black in your block--very dramatic.

RW really pretty block. I have to remind myself you're doing the 4"--great job.

jt & Patti you both have such cheery blocks. You're going to have fun quilts.

PatriciaFaye great contrast in your blocks-they jump off the screen. Very nice.

Here are mine for this week. I can't believe I screwed up the placement in BOTH of them. I think these are going in The Box That Shall Never Be Opened.

Oh, Jan they are lovely. No one will notice that they are off, once they are in the quilt.

Jan, did you notice mine is not correct, either? But, I think I will leave mine because I like the star!

Default Block #7

Jan! I did it too. But I am calling it my humility block and have no intentions of changing it. I only hate that it came to be so early in the little quilt. Now I will need to be very careful not to make another one.
Guess where I am tonight, everyone! We brought our 5th wheel down to Chanute, Kansas and on the way back to St. Croix Falls. WI - my husband said "Let's go back on Hwy 169 and stop in Winterset, IA!!" I'm going to Fons and Porter's quilt shop tomorrow morning!!
Life is good.
