Well here in Sunny TN half of mine are blooming and I already picked some and brought them in and put them in vase in the kitchen.

Oh my! Nice! I saw a cluster of jonquils in bloom here yesterday. Your weather there is more gentle than ours.
We can't grow tulips here ...I love those dark red ones!
So, to celebrate spring, I put a cluster of bright yellow silk ones in the half basket I have hanging on my front door!
I hope you laughed! Jeannie

And what state do you live in? WE are covered in ice and snow in Michigan. We get ads from bolb companies showing these beautiful plants and bolbs they want is to buy, but it is hard to imagine anything blossoming qith inches and inches of ice and snow on ground and everything else. My only hope is that this too shall pass.

South coast of Texas....I came down here to get away from the cold and snow. Guess what? Recently, it was 20* outdoors and 50* inside. (They don't insulate!) I wrapped up in my big fat feather comforter and read the board and laughed with you gals, and wrote some too...but there is light on the other side of the snow banks, eventually spring will come.
Now summer weather is back for us. Y'all are welcome to come down and visit...and maybe play in a fishing tournament?

Well, here in WI I know it will be a while before we see daffodils, but two weeks ago I did see a robin! (it was 20 deg's and tons of snow- poor thing!)

I briefly saw my daffodils and my hyacinths peeking through... that is until they got a foot of snow dumped on them. But no matter... I know Spring is right around the corner!!!!!!!

I was so excited to hear this, I ran outside to look, and all I found was snow. No flowers for us yet, give us two or three months yet!
Enjoy
