Here are my stars all together. Sorry about the poor picture quality. I dropped my camera last week while at the Pistons game. It has not recovered so I took this pic with my web cam. My quilting skills are still developing, I have done two quilts so far. The first was strip piecing rail fence and the other was a kit that had large squares. This Amish star is my first real block piecing. I lost some of my points. I did pin the pieces to try to keep them in place but I think I need tons more practice. Quilting is so much fun I don't know why I did not start sooner.

Glad you finally got started on quilting. I have been quilting for years, and I still have trouble with loosing points on complex blocks like the Amish Star.
I'm sure there are some board members who could give us some good tips on matching two points at the same intersection.
IMO your blocks look great, keep up the good work.

My second Amish Star. This one blends better with my others.
