    I used a light batting, very thin, and minkee on the back of my granddaughter's quilt and they live in Houston. It gets cold in some air conditioned buildings. The minkee is just tooo soft to resist!

    So ADORABLE!! I personally like to use flannel for a backing but that is my personal opinion!

    Oh that is DARLING! Perfect little-boy quilt without typical little-boy colors. And I like that it's not too "baby." He can still use it as he grows. Good job!!!

    Minkee would make a wonderful backing. If you do use it, do lots of pining so it does not move for you.
