Welcome from Sizzling Hot Pecos, Tx. - TV stated Tues night that Nat. Weather had stated because of so many hot consecutive days 53 now of over 100 that we were considered the hotest place in the nation. Guess they are right it isn't even 2:00 p.m. and already 102 . We dan't seem to get much below 90 until about 5:00 a.m. then we start heating back up again. BE so glad you are joing this great group. Welcoe aboard!!

gigi, I haven't heard of that lake??? I live south of Austin, near Bastrop. Would like to know where the lake is though...I could sure use one right now! We're hoping for rain from the tropical storm. WooHoo!
