I like the green best. When in doubt, I tend to use the fabric that is in the outside border, but since this is a brightly colored quilt for a child, I think a brightly colored binding is in order! Either color would work, but the green looks perfect to me.

I love Dinosaur quilts they are so brite and cheery -but I'd stick with the green -you already have enuff polka-dots and the orange isn't playing nicely
