Here are some I made several years back. I used the fur off of my mother-in-laws collar type thing they used to wear years ago. She had just passed, so it was something of her to them also. You could do lots of different things on the mittens, I'm afraid I'm not creative and only did the same two. I made a pair for each of my children.I connected them with a gold ribbon. If I would have more mink I would have made them for all the grandchildren.

I "thought" I saw on this thread a tute where you make hexagon yo-yos, sewing a button or something in the hole. Now, I can't find it. Anyone know what I'm referring to???

I'm thrilled with all the tutes I found on this thread, but I've spent two hours on this site! Yikes.

I love it!!!!! I have friends that send me homemade ornaments every Christmas! That's all I put on my tree. Except for the bows. It is always so pretty. Here's a pic of one of my trees. The cookie ornies are so easy. Anyone can tie a ribbon!
The crocheted angel goes perfect in Christmas Cards as great little giftie. I sell a lot of those.

I've made these for several years now - always seem to get a good response, and they're very easy (and relatively inexpensive!).
    Very cute.
