I think I can relate to how you feel. I moved from Bali back to the US in 2008. I gave my sewing machine (VERY hard to find a variable speed machine in Bali) and probably 300-400 spools of thread to the wife of a friend. I had my fabric shipped to the US and I packed my rulers and books in suitcases. It's tough but you'll be OK - just a different page in the book of "life"....
