Thank you, I am happy it is able to help someone else too.

Now I am going to have to pin the strips together, up till now I have not had to pin anything.
(I hate pinning, I keep sticking myself after it is pinned heh)

thank you all. Now that the top is done, I am strongly thinking I would like to try quilting it. Not sure though if I want to try it right away hehe

I am thinking I will make some mug rugs, or baby blankets and practice some FMQ so I can see if I am even able to do it.

I appreciate all the kinds words.

(I am secretly amazed at the fact that I made that!! now it makes me want to do more...)

yep he sure does (and yep I am definately momma, long story, bottom line I am the one they bonded with, they were abandoned, brother in law found them and we guess they were about 3 or 4 weeks ok) So I was the one who took care of them, fed them from my fingertip, washed them with a washcloth (to mimik a mother cleaning them) washed their bottoms so they would potty, and held them and loved them. So yeah... momma I am to 4 furry bundles of energy who, although they are in cat bodies, very much think they are human. Bernie (the quilt inspector) has bonded with me the strongest. Baby comes in a very close second) the other two seem to be more attracted to hubby.
I am also a mom to a furry bundle of love called poochie.. she is a rescued dog, hubby got her before I came in the picture. She is an awesome dog.

Sorry getting sleepy and tend to ramble when getting sleepy
