Seems awfully high to me as well as poor lighting and not nearly enough detail.

I really was not impressed with her pictures. Not one to buy without seeing and feeling the fabric. I wonder why see kept the bins closed. A person usually values something at a higher value that another would pay. I know from experience.

i think the price is high for the size of the stash that i see in the pics but maybe there's more that isn't pictured.

its out of my budget but maybe some one here would be interested - if for nothing else you can kind of figure out what your sewing room is worth

Not only is she asking too much for what is shown but I think she is lazy too. Cant be bothered to display it so that one has a better idea of what is there but won't break down buyer has to do it. Does she want to sell or not. It is hard for me to understand how I or any of my quilting friends could part with our stach that we love so much for any reason but death. We all have left instrctions as to its disburtion with loved ones.
I think that she thought that she could make some money by making baby quilts and then found it too much work. But I am in Calif so I won't be traveling to NY any time soon.

Priced too high for what is pictured. Not sure where she came up with the $25K value to start except for the vintage and hard to find fabrics she thinks are worth more. And then if it doesn't sell and you have a non profit she will donate it all.
Good luck!
