    A lovely quilt!
PS: I was given an old hand pieced top with no background info. I knew I did not want to invest the time to hand quilt it, so when I had the chance, I talked it over with a licensed quilt appraiser. She said hand vs machine would make no difference in the value of the finished quilt. I passed it on to a LAer, who did lovely quilting on it after which it was auctioned for a charity. I suspect that finished was more important to the person who asked you to quilt it. I think you decided correctly.

What a beautiful quilt and the colors are so wonderful and your machine quilting is just great also. I have never made a Joseph's Coat before but it sure looks like one I want to put on my list to do. Thanks for sharing your wonderful work of art.
