    Oops I think I botched the folding part...the very last fold you make must be "in half", like closing a book. That way everything is supported by the handles. It is a very handy handle!

    Good for you! Some quilts are made to be used - like yours. Some are made to be hung on walls. I'm glad the quilt police kept her/their mouth(s) shut the day you were at the beach!!!

    I have a red, white and blue quilt I take to the fireworks display. It goes on the grass. Nary a grass stain or anything else on it and I've used it for years WITH the DGDs, DS and DH.
