    Love the big stitches - they are nice, even and really add a nice touch to the quilt. Love the snow men.

    It's an adorable quilt, and the big stitching really enhances it. As Jan says, it's easier on arthritic hands. That's always a plus in my book.

    I did one few years ago in pink and brown rectangles from a kit from "TUES MORNING " store. Loved it.

    Like the big stitch look ....saw some crochet thread on large spools in some lovely colors at the goodwill store...would that work in pace of perl cotton thread.
