    Ditto to what TARTAN said....I've done lots of Irish Chains but never thought of coloring one as you did....those blue squares are striking! Beautiful job....and a beautiful baby!

    That's been on my bucket list for 5 years. Have the fabric and all. I've just been scared to cut into it and start. Yours is beautifully done! Maybe soon...... Yours is an inspiration!

    I love this quilt! It is absolutely charming! (I'm putting one like it on my ToDo list). And its recipient is adorable, too....those gorgeous blue eyes! Cute as pie, as we say in the south!

    So sorry you lost the first one after all that work, but this quilt is beautiful, your great nephew is adorable. I like the way you used the blues centered around the yellow square.
