if it's not easy, how can it be quick? is english her second language?

you got much further than i ever would have. i would have thrown it in the fireplace after one block, then thrown her in after the second block.

i have a download of one of her quilts and i'm deleting it right now.

Beautiful! but don't feel bad about 6 years. I started a 'sunbonnet sue' quilt for my daughter when she was a baby, and finished it for her 45 th christmas present! :

You did a great job, don't be so hard on yourself!! Very pretty, I couldn't tell-are the hearts pieced or appliqued?

That's a lot of work. Great colors. The happy couple will love it, even if it's slightly overdue.

Sounds like they have a lot to celebrate and your quilt will be a constant reminder!

I love hearts! This is fabulous! I am so proud of your stick-to-it-ive-ness!

I too think quick would mean easy. I bought a book called 90 minute quilts! I got the quilt done in 3 weeks! lol I think it took me more than 90 minutes to cut out the blasted thing!!!!!!!
