Very pretty quilt. You did a great job on the piecing. The fabrics look so interesting and have great colors.

You sure did stick with it..bet you thought you would never see the end. Which, by the way, your scalloped edge is just perfect. Great job.

Narda H. - You should do very well with Marti Michell's templates. I don't have her DWR set, but do have others of hers, and they are very good. From googling the MM set, it makes about the same size rings as CG's, and the "corner" shapes are the same. One advantage is that the MM set does have templates for the individual arc segments (her arcs have six pieces rather than the seven in my quilt).

carslo - The binding is a challenge (nicest word I can think of!), isn't it? My best advice is to just go slow. I followed a lot (not all) of Linda Franz's recommendations on this page: http://lindafranz.com/section/scallops/38

    Thank you all, again!

An heirloom for sure. Lovely colors and the finest handiwork. I'm drooling over your beautifully-bound edges. You're an inspiration!

One of the prettiest wedding ring quilts I've seen but I'm partial since I love Downton Abbey series! Have some of these same fabrics to make a tote.
