Your husband is very talented!
and, I know you are really going to sing his praises as you are working on your projects ... and, I have to assume that this is an original design of hubby's ...
what a deal!

Sorry... I misssed this. It's slightly over 15 inches high. It's designed to sit at the end of the couch, and holds all my hand sewing stuff, and I can use my baby iron on the top for putting freezer paper onto fabric for applique.

WOW! Where do I sign up? My husband will help me roll a quilt I am working on but when he is asked what I do he simply says--- "Well, she takes big pieces of fabric and cuts them :XD: into small pieces and then she sews them back into big pieces." You are a lucky lady to have such wonderful support. :XD:

LOL ... my husband, too! I was surprised yesterday when a lady was watching me work on a project and say the same thing ... most women really like the quilts - - the idea that someone takes big pieces of fabric, cuts them into tiny pieces, and then sews them back together as impractical rarely impacts the female brain. <g>
Although, over the past few weeks, I have had to admit that I started to quilt for the practical reason of using up scraps from clothing construction .. the construction has gone away <g>.
