It's "Upside Down Day" at our house today. For dinner we are having bacon, eggs and malted waffles with OJ. I do this when I haven't planned ahead very well and unfortunately my family is used to it. LOL!

i threw 3 skinless,boneless chicken breasts in the crockpot with some italian dressing. made some rice in the small rice cooker i bought when i got back from texas.(DIL is phillipino,and they have rice at every meal) with Lima beans..turned out pretty good!
