Very nice quilt! I make a hot air balloon themed quilt every year to be raffled off during our hot air balloon festival each year. Your quilt "inspires" me. Did you piece the focal balloon??

And same as you, saw the thread title and had to look. People never believe you until they are back on the ground that there is no sensation of height. DH & I are both afraid of heights and are both balloon pilots. It is an awesome experience. Gentle breezes and soft landings......
